TIME Group

Our research group — Trustworthy InforMation accEss (TIME) — is part of the Key Laboratory of Network Data Science and Technology, within the State Key Laboratory of AI Safety at the Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences.

We focus on advancing trustworthy information access, with research spanning Information Retrieval, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and Large Language Model Alignment guided by the 3H (Honest, Helpful, Harmless) principle. Specifically, our work addresses unstructured and structured text retrieval, multimodal retrieval, LLM knowledge boundary identification, utility-driven and parametric RAG, and evaluation of generated content, among other related directions.
